Use the resources below to familiarize yourself with the laws, processes and procedures to better allow Freedom Notary and Document Services to support you with your project.
The Los Angeles Superior Court is dedicated to serving our community by providing equal access to justice through the fair, timely and efficient resolution of all cases.
LA Law Library offers many ways to get help with your legal issue. In addition to their Reference Desk and valuable print and electronic resources, they also offer live and on-demand classes and other events. Attend classes covering the basics of your legal issue, receive hands-on assistance at legal workshops, or take advantage of opportunities to ask an attorney questions specific to your situation.
The Lawyers In The Library Program offers free remote appointments with local attorneys volunteering to help library users with legal questions. Appointment times are up to 20 minutes.
To participate, library users may enter a lottery for an appointment. The lottery is open Friday 6 a.m. – 6 p.m. for appointments the following Wednesday evening. Those selected to receive an appointment will be notified of their appointment time on Monday. Those not receiving an appointment may enter the lottery again when it reopens.
